Raphael Marold
Investment Manager
Raphael Marold is an Investment Manager at FairCap. Before joining FairCap, he worked in the investment team of DUBAG, a private equity firm focusing on special situations, particularly complex carve-outs in Western Europe. There, he was involved in numerous transactions across sectors including automotive, industrial, media & entertainment, healthcare, and facility management, leading several due diligence workstreams and driving post-acquisition portfolio management initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked as a freelance consultant for a family office, focusing on investment analyses and portfolio support in the food & beverage and medtech industries, and gained additional experience at Raymond James in Industrial Investment Banking and at PwC in Valuation & Strategy.
Raphael studied in Munich and Paris and holds a double degree with a Master of Science in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich and the Grande École Master in Management (specializing in International Finance) from HEC Paris.
