He has extensive expertise in procurement, supply chain management, program management, plant management, and in leading national as well as Europe-wide subsidiaries of global companies. His core competencies include intercultural team leadership, turnaround management, and the implementation of efficient supply and production processes in multinational environments.
His academic background includes a degree in process engineering from the Universidad de Sonora, an MBA from Arizona State University, and a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is fluent in English, German, Spanish, and Italian.
