Dr. Carsten Witthohn

Dr. Carsten Witthohn is a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in operations management, financial and operational restructuring, and production management. He has led numerous complex projects and held key positions, including Senior Practice Manager Operations at AURELIUS Group and Manager Financial Advisory – Operational Restructuring at Deloitte Germany.

His experience covers the full spectrum of business operations, from identifying improvement opportunities and driving strategic change to enhancing transparency in operational processes. In addition, Dr. Witthohn has held leadership positions in several industrial companies across sectors. With his comprehensive background in consulting, research, and executive management, Dr. Witthohn brings versatile expertise in optimizing business performance and guiding companies through transformative phases.

He earned his PhD in Production Management and a degree in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
