Paolo Gambogi

Paolo is a Senior Investment Associate at FairCap Italy.
Prior to joining FairCap, he worked as an M&A Manager at Deloitte Advisory in Milan, where he advised SMEs and private equity funds on domestic and cross-border transactions. He was involved in numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A deals across sectors including technology, healthcare, industrials, and food & beverage, covering the full deal lifecycle from origination to closing, with a strong focus on structuring and negotiation, supported by in-depth financial analysis, while also contributing to due diligence processes.
Earlier in his career, he worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at a London-based multi-family office, managing discretionary portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and contributing to asset allocation strategies across public and private markets.
Paolo holds a M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Bayes Business School, London, and a degree in Business Economics from the University of Milan.
