Cédric Kuhn

Cédric Kuhn is a Director Operations at FairCap, where he takes leadership roles within the firm’s portfolio companies. He drives operational transformations, turnaround strategies, and growth initiatives, blending deep financial expertise with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable value.

With a robust background in corporate finance, turnaround management, and startup development, Cédric has been involved in multiple M&A processes—from origination to closing—within a Paris-based private investment holding specializing in carve-out acquisitions. His strategic and operational acumen has enabled him to play a pivotal role in restructuring and revitalizing businesses.

Prior to FairCap, Cédric worked within the operational team at Mutares, where he served as Chief of Staff and COO, collaborating closely with management to design and execute turnaround plans. His hands-on, results-driven approach helped stabilize and transform underperforming companies, delivering measurable impact.
An entrepreneur at heart, Cédric also co-founded a mobility startup, further honing his skills in launching and scaling innovative ventures.

Cédric holds a Master in Economics from Sciences Po Paris and a Master in Management from HEC Paris.
